I began my career studying film, video, audio, and digital art in the Integrated Media program at the Ontario College of Art (now known as OCADU) in Toronto. My broad array of multi-disciplinary skills has led to creative problem-solving for Google, Telus, Canadian Tire, The Score, and Flextronics.
My strengths include creative problem solving, creative strategy, design & art direction, visual communication, and creative use of technology. I love both digital and analog media. My experience in digital design extends back to the early days of the web where I learned to implement my work with HTML and CSS for web sites, mobile apps, marketing email, and web applications. My experience in startups meant I often wore many hats, including that of a graphic designer working on advertising and promotional material for print and social media. As a freelancer working with small businesses I have used these design and problem solving skills to bring creative thinking to projects with limited budgets and resources.
